A day before Steemfest 4 on November there were already some folks in the Prince Palace hotel to where I walked to meet some beforehand. I walked there from my own accommodation (a hostel to stretch pennies) and along the way there was a suburban that, contrary to the general image of the city, didn't have food places around every corner, but more like what looked like small businesses.
