I usually ride a lot of bicycles, the normal thing is that on some of those trips I take my camera with me, I feel that when I take the photos I enjoy the trip more, keep a memory of what I have seen and be able to show my friends and family what I saw through the viewfinder of my camera, it has become part of my routine and I would also tell you that it is something that helps my mental health. Disconnect and then connect, the world and life go too fast, and it is good to stop from time to time to be able to move on.
Suelo montar mucha bicicleta, lo normal es que en algunos de esos viajes que realizo lleve conmigo mi cámara fotográfica, siento que al realizar las capturas disfruto más del viaje, guardar un recuerdo de lo visto y poder mostrarle a mis amigos y familia lo que vi a través del visor de mi cámara, se ha convertido en parte de mi rutina y les diría también que es algo que ayuda a mi salud mental. Desconectar para luego conectar, el mundo y la vida van demasiado rápido y es bueno parar de vez en cuando para poder seguir adelante.
I find it very curious that when we go to take pictures everything influences, first our state of mind, then, for example, the ambient temperature or the smells we perceive. Our brain captures what is happening around us in different ways, and of course for each of us the same thing is not necessarily attractive.

In the case of landscape photography there are basic rules of composition that I use, one of them is the rule of the horizon, if you look at the images that I share you will see what a straight horizon is like, but hey, you have to be careful with this, "There can be more than one horizon" in the landscape, for example the geographical one, but also the horizontal lines that help us organize the elements within our frame.

So it's up to you to choose wisely where to put the maximum attention of the viewer on what you photograph, whether to leave more or less space above or below the horizon, not only the attention depends on this, but also the message you want to convey to others.
Entonces depende de ti elegir sabiamente donde poner la máxima atención del espectador en lo que fotografías, si dejar más o menos espacio sobre o por debajo del horizonte, de esto depende no solo la atención, también el mensaje que quieres trasmitir a los demás.

Excellent photographs and an eloquent and clean text about how the environment confronts us with our internal perception when we do photography... Los potreros de las afueras de la Habana son mi zona de confort. Como llegar al hogar, y verlos en esas imágenes tan hermosas en composición y atmósfera me conmueve.
