I would like to show you one of the most peculiar buildings in the British colony: the old police station built in 1864.

Os quiero mostrar uno de los edificios más peculiares de la colonia británica es la vieja comisaría de policía construida en el año 1864.

In the central street of Irish Town is this Victorian building now converted into offices. It has been modernised with an aluminium and glass roof to make the most of the sunlight.

En la céntrica calle de Irish Town se encuentra este edificio victoriano convertido ahora en oficinas. Se ha modernizado con una cubierta de aluminio y cristal que permite aprovechar al máximo la luz solar.

The carved stonework has been respected and the building's former use can be read.

Se ha respetado la piedra tallada donde se puede leer el antiguo uso del edificio.
