Icy Waterfall and Snowy Park

About a week ago we had a lot of snow, now most of it has sadly melted away. During the cold time, I went to the Keila-Joa waterfall to see how much ice there is and hopefully get some nice shots out of this place and I did get something. I had hoped that there were more natural ice sculptures but it needs more cold over a longer period of time.
Still, I did get some nice shots.

I also went on a walk in the park, the last time I was there, was in the fall to get colorful shots. This time I was in search of white sceneries.

These are some ruins of a small manor that was built only for one purpose, the smash it down after building.

I will probably go back to the Keila waterfall if we get a longer cold period to get even more icy shots.

Nice icy conditions for photography, colour of water makes a change of temp in the stream. Icicles along the side hanging like stalactites from a cave ceiling something we seldom see, if ever.

Thanks for fun outing and showing your countryside in winter.

Glad you lied it!

@greddyforce - The photos are so stunning. The frosting and icicles over the trees and things in the park are charming and beautiful. Yes, it also brings me the feeling of icy and snowy but I really love and enjoy it.

Cheers/ !ENGAGE 30

Thanks! Estonia is in a good location weatherwise. We get cold winters and warm summers. November and December arent too great.

selle aastaga juba terve eelmise talve lumekvoot täis

Pigem isegi 2x täis, Tallinnas vähemalt. 😀
