Oslo City Hall or the Oslo Rådhus is situated in Oslo, Norway. It started construction in 1931 and finshed after WWII in 1950. The Nobel Peace Prize is awarded here every year.

it is a harsh building but kind of beautiful in its own ways. Says a lot about architecture between the wars.
