Hello, if you are looking for sun and beach you are at the right post. With my drone I flew a bit over the sea and along the coast in the northern part of Pulau Pinang.
Hallo, wenn du nach Sonne und Strand suchts bist du hier genau richtig. Mit meiner Drohne bin ich ein wenig über das Meer geflogen und entlang der Küste im nördlichen Teil von Pulau Pinang.
For better illustration a screenshot from Google Maps. The road runs along the coast and connects the tourist hotspot Batu Ferringhi with George Town. What should be immediately noticeable is how little space there is for the road between the sea and the mountains.
Zur besseren Veranschaulichung ein Screenshot aus Google Maps. Die Straße zieht sich entlang der Küste und verbindet den Touristen Hotspot Batu Ferringhi mit George Town. Was direkt auffallen sollte ist, wie gering bemessen der Platz für die Straße zwischen dem Meer und den Bergen ausgefallen ist.
The beaches that can be seen here are unfortunately not always accessible for everyone, either because the terrain itself makes it difficult or because hotels directly on the beach claim a part of it for such. This is mostly true for almost all the buildings in the picture below.
Die Strände, die hier zu sehen sind, sind meistens leider nicht immer für alle zugänglich, entweder weil das Gelände selbst es einem schwer macht oder weil Hotels direkt am Strand einen Teil von diesem für such beanspruchen. Das trifft überwiegend auf fast alle Gebäude auf dem unteren Bild zu.

While before I showed pictures from the east, this is the other direction, west. The mountains in the background belong to a nature reserve.
Während ich vorher Bilder vom Osten gezeigt habe, ist dies die anderen Richtung, Westen. Die Berge im Hintergrund gehören zu einem Naturschutzgebiet.
And again two beaches. I started from the one below. Not much going on at this time. It was early afternoon, for most people it is then too hot. Only a few hardy people have come here. I, on the other hand, stay as well as possible in the shade, it became unpleasant when I collected my drone again and had to go on the hot sand for it.
Und noch mal zwei Strände. Vom unteren aus bin ich gestartet. Nicht viel los zu dieser Zeit. Es war früher Nachmittag, für die meisten Menschen ist es dann zu heiß. Nur einige wenig hart gesottene haben sich hier eingefunden. Ich hingegen halte mich so gut es geht im Schatten auf, unangenehm wurde es als ich meine Drohne wieder eingesammelt habe und dafür auf den heißen Sand musste.
