Caracas is a city that is located within a small valley of the Venezuelan Coastal Mountain Range, the mountains that surround it have become ideal places for tourism, recreation and the distraction of locals and visitors, to the north is a great wall of rocks and trees that keep thousands of secrets, many rivers and the highest peaks of the Warairarrepano National Park, a place that has become, since the 1950s, the site par excellence for tourist reception in the capital, due to Because it has a modern cable car, a luxurious hotel and multiple walkways that make the whole complex a magical place that you can never forget.
It is right in front of the Hotel where there is a large flagpole that is crowned with a huge eight-star national flag that flies perfectly and sometimes usually hides above the clouds or behind the typical fog of that mountainous area, this huge and tall Tricolor, without a doubt, that constitutes a national monument of reference for all the inhabitants of the capital, since on clear days it is easily recognizable next to the circular structure of the hotel from almost anywhere in the city.

Caracas es una ciudad que se encuentra enclavada dentro de un pequeño valle de la Cordillera de la Costa venezolana, las montañas que la rodean se han convertido en lugares ideales para el turismo, el esparcimiento y la distracción de propios y visitantes, al norte se encuentra una gran pared de rocas y arboles que guardan miles de secretos, muchos ríos y las cumbres más altas del Parque Nacional Warairarrepano, lugar que se ha convertido desde la década de los 50 en el sitio por excelencia para la recepción turística en la capital, debido a que cuenta con un moderno teleférico, un lujoso hotel y múltiples camineras que hacen de todo el conjunto un lugar mágico del cual jamás se puede olvidar.
Es justamente frente al Hotel en donde se encuentra una gran asta que se corona con una enorme bandera nacional de ocho estrellas que ondea de forma perfecta y en ocasiones suele esconderse sobre las nubes o tras la niebla típica de esa zona montañosa, este enorme y alto tricolor sin duda alguna que constituye un monumento patrio de referencia para todos los habitantes de la capital, ya que en los días despejados es fácilmente reconocible junto a la estructura circular del hotel desde casi cualquier punto de la ciudad.
