Wow, in addition to being a beautiful sight, I feel that the araucaria give a tropical touch to the environment, and the size that these trees can reach is impressive, it reminds me of a palm tree, although they are clearly not the same.
I imagine the weather must be good in that area.

Agree, there is something tropical in such a landscape with these araucarias, especially together with the lake :) I don’t know about the weather in those places in general, but that day was just great weather! Such a deep blue sky and a white volcano in the background... I still clearly remember it.
