Photos of my neighbourhood. Pre-monsoon season runs for three months here in our country until May and thereafter arrives monsoon season. There is heavy wind with thunderstorms, lighting and rain during this season. The weather for past 7 days was like it rained most of the time but other time it was neither raining nor sunny. It was raining till this afternoon but finally sun came up in the sky and Kathmandu weather's - it looks pretty damn good. All those villages and houses in the Shivapuri hills, they were clearly visible to my eyes.
This was by far the most cleanest weather I have seen in Kathmandu this year in 2021. Obviously, we are in lockdown and there's no much vehicles movement in the city. Same with most of the industries being shut down till further notice. Kathmandu being the most polluted city where AQI even went to the top position during past months is different today. Monsoon is not that far and many farmers are waiting for monsoon rain to accompany in their harvesting works. It rains heavily during this season particularly at night and the morning is so fresh and cool.
