Dried sunflowers waiting for harvest

template6.jpg

Sunflowers are beautiful when they bloom and everyone takes pictures of them, paints them, and puts them in their homes for decoration.

But what happened when it dried up and they were waiting to be harvested. They look ugly monochromatic, brown, and dead. But this is the cycle of nature, for something new to be born, the old must die.

On one of my cycling trips, I noticed sunflower fields that have not yet been harvested, perhaps because the harvest is weak and there will be no economic sense to gather and they will just plow the place after that. But I decided to take some pictures of the dying sunflowers. The textures on the stems and combs full of seeds are quite interesting objects.
