When I saw that lonely poor guy sitting at his desk the first thing I thought was:
I'm pretty sure he had something completely different in mind when they promised him an open space desk ๐
Anyway, I think this must be my first time doing a combination of street photography and color splash... but I think there will be more to come...
I've always been a big fan of black and white for street photography until now, but I have to admit that this bit of color gives the photo just that little bit extra...

Excuse the seemingly ignorant question here. Do you take a color photograph and manipulate it into black and white in certain regions? I love the huge contrasts between the dark and color areas on your work. The center region really pops.
I usually work with multiple layers. 1 is indeed a B&W layer (the lower one), the number of other layers is depending on the selected colors and/or shapes I want to keep... Parts I don't need on the upper layers are deleted and set to transparent...
