Natural Vitamins

We love our fruits, especially watermelon. I always make fruit salad and combine with any fruits available, it doesn't go wrong. It taste great and refreshing.

No better way to get the nutrition in than from fruits, and the salads look delicious! Just a note from the food combination charts - watermelons are best when eaten alone as they are mostly water and so digest fast. :)
