It has been 10 days since my last article and during these days I have been editing photos from a trip to the Stubai Alps. During this time, I thought about how to present photos. Whether in the form of a travelogue or individual photographs with a story. In the end, the presentation of individual photographs with individual stories won, rather than reading about my suffering in the high mountains.
Od mého posledního článku uběhlo 10 dní a během těchto dní jsem upravoval fotografie z výletu do Stubaiských Alp. Během této doby jsem přemýšlel jak fotografie prezentovat. Zda formou cestopisu, nebo jednotlivých fotografií s příběhem. Nakonec vyhrála prezentace jednotlivých fotografií s jednotlivými příběhy než číst o mém trápení ve vysokých horách.
The first of the photos I want to show you is a cut-out from a rocky ridge, which is best seen from the top station of the cable car called Kreuzjoch, which lies at an altitude of 2105 meters above sea level. You can get to this place from a small town called Fulpmes. The surrounding peaks have a height of 2500-2800 meters and during our visit they sometimes hid in the clouds. To take this photo, I had to put on a 70-200 telephoto lens and wait for the peaks to appear from the clouds for a while. Just nothing difficult, take the cable car to the top and click a few pictures.
První z fotografií, kterou Vám chci ukázat je výřez ze skalnatého hřebenu na který je nejlépe vidět z vrchní stanice lanovky nazývající se Kreuzjoch, která leží ve výšce 2105 metrů nad mořem. Do tohoto místa se lze vyjet z malého městečka s názvem Fulpmes. Okolní vrcholy mají výšku 2500-2800 metrů a při naší navštěvě se občas schovávaly v mracích. Pro pořízení tohoto foto jsem musel nasadit teleobjektiv 70-200 a počkat si až se vrcholky na chvilku objeví z mraků. Prostě nic náročného, vyjet lanovkou na vrchol a cvaknout pár obrázků.
Tento pohled dokáže člověku připomenout, jak je "maličký" :-)
Přesně tak. Velký hory vždy člověka vrátí do reality.

Mountains are one of the most beautiful landmarks on earth. I grew up near the Rocky Mountains in western Canada and grew to love them all.
We do not have high mountains in the Czech Republic, but fortunately the Alps are a few hours away by car. You're right, this is a unique and rugged landscape and that's why I love it. The Rocky Mountains are also on my list of places I must visit.
