Market Friday Padanaram Village boat and property sales offices

A post for Market Friday hosted by @dswigle, if you haven't followed her yet you should she is one of the kindest and most supportive people here on Hive, a comment from her is like a ray of sunshine on your page.
This is the one tag and challenge that I always make a point of joining, and also look through the posts of others that join the challenge and seeing markets from all around the world.

For this weeks post, I am sharing a few shots from a work around Padanaram Village in Dartmouth, a very nice area, and for this post I will focus on shops/offices selling properties and boats.

Starting with a shot of the Davis and Tripp Inc A full service marina

Looking online I found they offer 80 slips and 10 moorings which are available for seasonal rental on both the north and south side of the Padanaram Bridge. they can accommodate boats up to 50' and sailboats with drafts up to 7', now I really don't know about Boats so not sure how big that is for boats but they had some nice ones docked there the last time I visited there

Next up we have one of the real estate offices, I imagined properties would not be cheap there and I took a quick look at some of the properties on display in one of the windows and the low end seemed to be around $600K and the high end around $3 Million

and now onto boat related buildings, this one for Sperry Sails, now I have no idea how much a set of sails coast for a yacht, but I did find online that in 202,1 On average, you can purchase a seaworthy mid-range 45-foot monohull that can sail around the world for $100,000 to $150,000 and a catamaran of the same size for around $250,000 to $500,000

A couple of offices listed here South Wharf Yacht Yard, and Nauti Janes Boat rentals, I was curious how much the rental was so looked online and to rent a Cobia 301 which looks like a nice boat to go out fishing on for an 8 hour one day rental the cost is $1785

OK I think I will stick to walking by the water not going out on it at that price

Nauti Janes lol Looks like $10 wouldn't go far in Padanaram Village 🙂 Happy Friday!

That did make me chuckle, and true $10 wouldn't go far at all for sure

But have you tried riding a boat?

A couple of times many years ago

i love this place... the atmosphere is absolutely sensational!

Thanks for your visit, it really is a village with a cool feel to it

It all looks very nice and attractive, although the prices seem daunting to me. But beautiful, especially in that soft morning light.

It is a beautiful Area but out of my budget for sure

the buildings that are there are very beautiful, but why aren't many people hanging around there, because I see it seems a bit quiet and not many people

I cannot tell which post to write on as the other has the $$ crossed out.

The little village in Dartmouth is such an inviting little place. although, everything about it carries a moneyed lifestyle. Cruisers, Yachts, and Real Estate. They are missing the Aston Martin dealer! Seriously. :)

I love the weathered gray shingles, the most recognizable elements of Cape Cod, and the area.

I cannot believe it costs so much to rent a boat now, even one as nice as you looked at. I wonder if it was a charter fishing boat? Nope! I went back and read your post and that is the price! Wow! M cousins own a fleet of charter boats and I think that sounds high, but that is probably because I have never had to pay. I was all good until I realized I'm leaning on the side of the poor. :) This was a really enjoyable time, perusing the other side of town. Thank you!
