RE: THE SPICE OF LFE!

There is so much to love in this post! The first paragraph where you are introducing us to your friend is simply wonderful! The way you have worded the information and accolades about her is fabulous and makes us love her, too, immediately! That first photo with the two little girls collecting lotus flowers is fantastic, as are all of the shots accompanying this post.

Without a doubt, however, the best photo in the entire post [for me] is the next-to-last shot, the one where the woman is pouring grain from her winnowing sieve. She is such a beautiful woman, and the look in her eyes is so intense! The colors and floral pattern on her clothing are gorgeous! I would love to have a sari/dress of that same fabric! Her bracelets coordinate with her clothes so perfectly! Her skin and bare feet are lovely. The pose she is in, dumping the grain is an action frozen in time. The focus, exposure, and composition of this shot are all expertly executed. This is such an exquisite shot and I love it so much! 💗

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful look at India, from the markets to the food to the architecture to the people. This was definitely a delightful foray!

Thank you @thekittygirl! My friend is truly as vibrant and colourful as the country which has captivated her for so long! I really battled to select the photos, and many I swapped....and swapped again....but that was one of two (the other was the first) that were undeniably perfect

That is nice to know that someone else agrees with me! Both of those photos would be wonderful englarged and framed to hang on the wall! 💗
