Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a really heartwarming dish. Pan De Sal with Durian Jam is like a staple in Filipino snacks or even breakfast. It's basically the Filipino version of Bread with Jam, but with tropical flavors. Durian is sometimes referred to as the smelliest fruit particularly because its smell sort of resembles a rotten gym sock. Nevertheless, the taste is what matters. Durian Jam has this complex sweet yet savoury flavors that can complement both sweet and savoury dishes as well. Its this complexity of tropical flavors that makes tropical cuisines and even local snacks shine.
