Cheese Butterscotch

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a dish that I really like. Cheese Butterscotch are bars made up of your typical butterscotch ingredients like butter and brown sugar, along with sweet and creamy cheese to elevate the dish. I typically like to add cream cheese to boost the creamy texture and to provide a bit of tanginess to cut off the sweetness and I like to also top it off with cheese since it provides kind of like a rustic vibe.
