Hello everybody! I hope you're alright.
In my previous publications, I have talked a lot about the importance of light in my work.
Having worked with all types of lighting, my preference has always been natural light.
In a previous publication I showed images captured in the mountains and in the forest.
At the seaside, the light is very different. Soft at dawn and dusk accentuating the colors, extremely hard at midday causing strong contrast.
Natural light never repeats itself. We cannot increase or decrease its intensity. We cannot decide its direction. The only possibility we have is to adapt to it and try to squeeze as much as possible. Patience is the key word when working with it. Sometimes it is necessary to wait for the clouds to pass, other times it is necessary for the clouds to arrive. Or you have to wait for the sun to rise or go down, or come back later, or the next day. Sometimes it only lasts a few minutes (or less) and once it's gone, forget about it.
Anyway, I don't want to bore you guys with my light obsession, so I leave here another series of photos with the theme of light.

Nas minhas publicações anteriores, tenho falado muito da importância da luz no meu trabalho.
Tendo trabalhado com todos os tipos de iluminação, minha preferência sempre foi a luz natural.
Numa publicação anterior mostrei imagens captadas na Serra e na floresta.
Na beira mar, a luz é muito diferente. Suave ao amanhecer e entardecer acentuando as cores, extremamente duro ao meio dia provocando forte contraste.
A luz natural nunca se repete. Não podemos aumentar ou diminuir sua intensidade. Não podemos decidir sua direção. A única possibilidade que temos é a de nos adaptar a ela e tentar espremer o máximo. Paciência é a palavra chave quando trabalhamos com ela. Às vezes é necessário esperar que as nuvens passem, outras é necessário que as nuvens cheguem. Ou é preciso esperar o sol subir ou baixar, ou voltar mais tarde, ou no dia seguinte. Às vezes dura só alguns minutos (ou menos) e uma vez que passou, esqueça.
Enfim, não quero cansar vocês com minha obsessão lumínica, então deixo aqui mais uma série de fotos com o tema da luz.
