Hello everybody!
The south of the island of Santa Catarina is full of natural beauties, beaches, hills, rivers, waterfalls, trails in the middle of the forest, lakes, in short, a wide variety of options for tours and always an opportunity to get good images.
Today I bring photos taken at the Solidão waterfall, a small waterfall between the rocks of the hill on its way to the sea.
Located on Praia da Solidão, access is made by crossing the wooden bridge over the Rio das Pacas, going up, on the right, by a rustic trail of medium difficulty in the middle of the forest, going up the hill following the water course for approximately 15 minutes to the Cachoeira da Solidão, which forms a natural pool of clear water.
The place is always popular, especially for families with children who enjoy the calm waters.
I tried to capture the light that filtered through the foliage and experimented with some long exposures even without bringing my tripod. The solution was to find a rock that would allow the camera to be firmly supported, even if it was necessary to enter the freezing water to find the best angle.

O sul da ilha de Santa Catarina é cheio de belezas naturais, praias, morros, rios, cachoeiras, trilhas no meio da mata, lagoas, enfim, uma grande variedade de opções para passeios e sempre uma oportunidade de obter boas imagens.
Hoje trago fotos feitas na cachoeira da Solidão, uma pequena queda d'água entre as pedras do morro no seu caminho até o mar.
Localizada na praia da Solidão, o acesso é feito atravessando a ponte de madeira sobre o Rio das Pacas, sobe-se, à direita, por uma trilha rústica de dificuldade média no meio da mata, subindo o morro acompanhando o curso de água por aproximadamente 15 minutos até a Cachoeira da Solidão, que forma uma piscina natural de águas claras.
O lugar é sempre concorrido, especialmente por famílias com crianças que aproveitam as águas calmas.
Tentei capturar a luz que se filtrava entre a folhagem e experimentei algumas longas exposições mesmo sem ter trazido meu tripé. O jeito foi achar uma pedra que permitisse apoiar a câmera firmemente, mesmo que para isso fosse necessário entrar na água gelada para achar o melhor ângulo.
