Back in summer in July 2020 I made a trip to the german side of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains and did a few hikes over to the czech side...
In this post I wanna share a few photos I've taken on my hikes in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The Elbe Sandstone Mountains are a mountain range in eastern Germany and western Czechia formed through erosion from the Elbe. The resulting tall sandstone pillars look really interesting and you can explore the nature on plenty hiking trails with different difficulty levels.
