30 Minutes of Yoga in 30 Seconds! - March 7th Evening Flow

After pulling a muscle during a work out last week, I was shown that I needed to incorporate more yoga into my life.

I’ve had a fairly good practice doing yoga before bed in the evenings as a way to calm down, reenter my body, to find my pain points, and to offer much needed healing, but I’ve fallen out of practice during this current trip in Costa Rica.

Although the muscle pain from last week wasn’t fun, I do appreciate the fact that it has led me to rebuilding my yoga practice.

When I do yoga I sit and listen to my body and move in the poses to open up the tight spots in my body to help relieve tension.

I flow and listen to my body and let my mind just rest completely.

This video shows 30 minutes of my yoga practice time-lapsed into 30 seconds.

Creating this video is another way to express myself through creativity, while also creating accountability for my routine.

Now that I’ve woken up this next day, I feel so much better within my body. I know that if I keep this up as a daily routine I will be able to reduce a large amount of physical tension in the longterm
