US will continue to cut jobs, especially in the tech sector, its the guys with the better salaries driving up demand and its the fed mandate to bring down inflation so they are going to keep tightening until they see that demand dry up.
In addition, the tech companies overseas and off-shore job market will be pumping as all other countries are desperate to attract dollars to the cover their debts as they are being crushed by the stronger dollar. So a lot of labour looks cheaper than normal outside the US, pushing dollars out of the local economy
