We went back to see Giorgos Hatziparaskos , we visited him in 2016 in Rethymno on the Greek island of Crete and filmed him making his super thin, handmade phyllo do. Our last phyllo video generated as for today over 120k views.
This video was actually shot in 2018 and we were wondering if he's still at it! And we're more than happy to report he is! Business Insider just went to visit and reported about him. He's still making his phyllo dough.
