In this part, The Prophet talks about THE FAREWELL - his farewell.

"You have been told that, even like a chain, you are as weak as your weakest link.
This is but half the truth.
You are also as strong as your strongest link.
To measure you by your smallest deed is to reckon the power of the ocean by the frailty of its foam."

Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet, published in 1923, is written in prose poems. It is about Al Mustapha, a wise man, who was exiled and now is ready to go home. The people he has spent 12 years with, ask him to share his wisdom before he embarks on his journey.
