Property dealing is one of a kind of prime business idea for many. I have seen many people climbing up on the success ladder with little bit of effort. These dealer were act as a middle man between the buyer and and seller of the property and help to the deal done. In process they get a commission for their services.
However that is not a sufficient way of earning for them. They develop a new trick where he becomes a buyer and purchase the property at a lower rate and then selling them to another party at a higher rate to make a huge profit. Infact a shrude business model, that made people quite success in property dealing. This is what learnt recently. Good to share thr story to make people aware of this little trick.
