Voici cette recette facile....
- Faire dorer 2 oignons et réserver dans votre marmite les 3/4
- Faire revenir et dorer la viande avec le 1/4 des oignons restants qui vont griller un
peu plus - Mettre le tout dans une marmite et mettre aussitôt 2 sachets de ratatouille cuisinée et un verre d'eau - Mélanger et Couvrir
- Faire cuire durant une heure pour que la ratatouille cuise beaucoup et fasse une sauce aux légumes trop cuits parfaite
- Rajouter pour 1/2 heure un dernier sachet de ratatouille cuisinée pour des légumes cuits et plus fermes.
- Laisser cuire et mijoter à votre goût.
Inutile de rajouter sel, poivre ou autres aromates puisque la ratatouille cuisinée donnera votre saveur...

Here is this easy recipe....
- Brown 2 onions and set aside 3/4 of them in your pot.
- Fry and brown the meat with the remaining 1/4 of the onions which will grill a
little more - Put everything in a pot and immediately put 2 sachets of cooked ratatouille and a glass of water - Mix and cover.
- Cook for one hour so that the ratatouille cooks a lot and makes a perfect overcooked vegetable sauce.
- Add one last packet of cooked ratatouille for half an hour for firmer, cooked vegetables.
- Leave to cook and simmer to your liking.
No need to add salt, pepper or other herbs as the cooked ratatouille will give your flavour...
