If you message then and order, you can tell what time you pick so they can get it ready about time.
We are cutting down to go to the inlaws once a week during weekday and weekend to reduce some going out time but unavoidable totally.
That's a saucy Barbecued Stingray. Is the Sauce salty sweet, or salty sour? Durimg Spring and into fall, we have Farmers' Market all over California. And I always see the water spinach, but never really bought them. I think that when the farmers' markets reopens again, I will pick-up a bunch and try cooking them... for fiber, as you said. I am sure it is packed with vitamins and minerals!

We usually have this sauce called "Sambal" (not the Samba dance) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambal
It's spicy but the olden way of making the sauce is not very appealing. 😎
