Wonderful! I use cake molds too. Of course, most are mass-produced in the factories, but, I have a hand-done one that I bought in Pennsylvania. It is one of my favorite and a lot of care went into making it. The mass-produced work about the same.

What is a Martabak cake? I am not familiar with the term. Maybe it is something that I would like? :))
