This market used to be in a different place, and it was very dark and used to make me hesitant to go there when it was already dark. Now, they moved it to another place, nearby to where it used to be, and, as it is Christmas time, they have decorated it with lights and decorations that make it more inviting. I love to buy my fruits and veggies in markets like this one, they are fresher and sometimes cheaper than the ones we find in supermarkets or bigger stores, plus, buying at street markets, we support the local community and hard working people that brings us the best products.
This new location makes it easy for me to pass by in different hours of the day when i come or go to work, this morning i caught them getting everything ready to open, it's amazing to see all the hard work they out into it to making appealing to the customers. They do a great job at that.
I've always liked to buy in this kinds of street markets, and the prices are much lower than the ones at the supermarket or bigger stores, i understand that it it because of all the expenses in commodities, employees and taxes bigger chain stores have to pay to sell products, but still, sometimes they abuse a bit of the consumer and charge way more than they should for the same products that can be purchased at local, smaller street markets. I didn't need to buy nothing at the moment i passed by, but could not resist to this beautiful *Brocoli*, my daughters love it and everyone at the house so, i caved in and bough it, as the price was acceptable for a normally expensive veggie, i got this baby for 2$
