There is always a shortcut for everything, but Hey!!!, shortcuts especially when it comes to weight loss will in most cases cut you short

You are very funny. Most of this is not new to me, although the different effects of aerobic and anaerobic is new. Your writing style makes the message easier to digest and also makes the blog a fun read.

I only caught this because of the latest edition of Distilled. That publication is always a great reminder to catch up on my reading.
