Inicialmente comento sobre la acidez (pH) del estómago en especies animales, y seguidamente describo información sobre las tres categorías aceptadas de adaptación dietética (faunívora, folívora y frugívora) y su relación con la anatomía del tracto digestivo en varias especies de animales incluyendo a los humanos. También aspectos de la fisiología digestiva.

Initially I comment on the acidity (pH) of the stomach in animal species, and then describe information on the three accepted categories of dietary adaptation (faunivore, folivore and frugivore) and their relationship to the anatomy of the digestive tract in various animal species including humans.
