Con el afán de seguir enriqueciendo el conocimiento teórico/científico de aquel lector que investiga el funcionamiento sorprendente de la naturaleza de nuestro planeta y, todo lo que existe en el inmenso espacio, al cual se le denomina Universo; me permito exponer mi investigación (a manera de introducción), acerca de la Física teórica y experimental, con respeto al método que utiliza dicha disciplina.
In order to continue enriching the theoretical/scientific knowledge of the reader who investigates the surprising functioning of the nature of our planet and all that exists in the immense space, which is called the Universe, I would like to expose my research (by way of introduction), about theoretical and experimental physics, with respect to the method used by this discipline.
The human concern to investigate and learn the functioning of everything around him, to understand the processes of nature and the phenomena that cause the day, the night, the movement of the Sun and the Moon, to know the change of climate: when the time of drought or rain comes; gives way to inquire for a logical explanation and sensory observation that allows the human being to define all his questions and try to find a solution to the situations that arise.
Desde el inicio y evolución de la humanidad, el origen de todos estos fenómenos físicos se le atribuyó a seres celestiales que controlaban el funcionamiento de la naturaleza. Con el paso del tiempo y el desarrollo de la mentalidad humana, el interés fue cambiando mediante la observación de ciertas causas y efectos que sucesivamente repetían algunos sucesos, tomando nota de dicha frecuencia se inició el planteamiento de leyes que ofrecían la propuesta explicativa al funcionamiento del medio ambiente que le rodeaba. Así, poco a poco, fue encaminando la ciencia física, otorgando las primeras teorías que conforman la conducta de la naturaleza con todos sus elementos que la fundamentan: desde lo más pequeño y elemental (átomo), hasta llegar a la infinidad del Universo mismo.
Since the beginning and evolution of mankind, the origin of all these physical phenomena was attributed to celestial beings that controlled the functioning of nature. With the passage of time and the development of the human mentality, the interest was changing through the observation of certain causes and effects that successively repeated some events, taking note of that frequency began the approach of laws that offered the explanatory proposal to the functioning of the surrounding environment. Thus, little by little, physical science began to take its course, giving rise to the first theories that shape the behavior of nature with all its fundamental elements: from the smallest and most elementary (atom) to the infinity of the Universe itself.

Physics is defined as the "...science that studies the structure of the cosmos and analyzes the external natural phenomena that take place in it...". It manifests itself as an exact science, since it develops its procedures which make an inequality in the action and effect of challenging the areas of interest on the so-called human or social sciences. Its objective is to study matter, energy, as well as time and space. To the phenomena that occur daily (everyday) seeks to explain them, exposing their natural property with the analysis of the characteristics: energy, mass and time.
El esfuerzo y dedicación de todos los científicos en busca las leyes físicas (naturales) que dirigen la conducta de los elementos que forman parte del Universo, que para lograr su cometido, utilizan toda clase de símbolos y sistemas de unidades, fundamentando definiciones y principios, los cuales han aprovechado desde que se originó esta ciencia, analizando en profundidad los múltiples problemas y situaciones que, de manera sucesiva, se han ido planteando a través del tiempo.
The effort and dedication of all scientists in search of the physical (natural) laws that direct the behavior of the elements that are part of the Universe, which to achieve their mission, use all kinds of symbols and systems of units, basing definitions and principles, which have been used since the origin of this science, analyzing in depth the many problems and situations that, successively, have arisen over time.
All the means used in the process of elaboration of a physical law, always based on the relation between a certain phenomenon and the cause of why it originates, come from the ideas in accordance with the so-called theoretical physics. On the other hand, the so-called experimental physics, places its affirmations in conclusions emanated by observation, rational follow-up and experimental verification of organized data, the study of a series of facts that refer to a concrete phenomenon. In a maximum simplification of concepts, it can be said that experimental physics deals with what the scientist studies, while theoretical physics establishes how he should do it.
El inicio del estudio sistemático de la física puede situarse a finales del siglo XVI, con los primeros experimentos de Galileo Galiley. En aquellos años y durante los dos siglos siguientes se crearon los métodos básicos de estudio, los cuales constituyeron el fundamento de la física teórica y que dieron lugar al desarrollo de la que más tarde sería conocida como física clásica, basada esencialmente en los conceptos intuitivos de tiempo y espacio, y válida en la actualidad solamente en el ámbito macroscópico. La mencionada física moderna, en cambio, agrupa ciertas facetas de la ciencia no determinables en el tiempo y en el espacio, tales como la teoría de la relatividad de Einstein, también se incluyen los principios que se dan como ciertos de la mecánica cuántica de Max Planck.
The beginning of the systematic study of physics can be placed at the end of the 16th century, with the first experiments of Galileo Galilei. In those years and during the following two centuries, the basic methods of study were created, which constituted the foundation of theoretical physics and gave rise to the development of what would later be known as classical physics, based essentially on the intuitive concepts of time and space, and valid today only in the macroscopic realm. The aforementioned modern physics, on the other hand, groups together certain facets of science that are not determinable in time and space, such as Einstein's theory of relativity, and also includes the principles that are given as certain of Planck's quantum mechanics.
However, the distinction between theory and experimentation is taken into account only as a delimitation of fields within the study of a specific scientific category, but should in no case be considered as a barrier between two different activities, since knowledge of one and the other is essential for the overall understanding of physics as a whole.
Dentro del estudio de la física, los conceptos de tiempo y espacio deben permanecer perfectamente definidos en todo momento. Lo mismo ocurre con sus combinaciones, materia y movimiento, que constituyen en el plano abstracto la base sobre la que se sustentan las diferentes partes de la ciencia.
Within the study of physics, the concepts of time and space must remain perfectly defined at all times. The same is true of their combinations, matter and motion, which constitute at the abstract level the basis on which the different parts of the science are sustained.
In order to arrive at scientific conclusions or premises, the (sensory) data obtained through the senses are not taken into account, since they are insufficient to carry out a serious approach that is necessarily conducted with the scientific method. The problem of overcoming the ordinary levels of perception has been a permanent challenge since the beginnings of physical research. From archaic clepsydras to modern precision chronometers, based on the vibration of a quartz crystal or even on atomic vibration, from the simple magnifying lens to the sophisticated structures of the electron microscope; all the advances in physical research and their corresponding technological applications have constituted progressive increases in the knowledge and mastery of space and time. Through all these studies, the forces and phenomena of nature are being employed for the service and progress of mankind.
In my conclusive opinion, the scientific method is constituted in three phases: first, it maintains the observation of the phenomena to take their data and then to carry out the experimentation; in the second phase, the explanatory theories of the phenomena that were observed are formulated; and the third and last phase is composed by more experimentation for the contrast of the theories.
Desde el punto de vista de la ciencia física, los conceptos de tiempo y espacio son tomados como principios, ya que su deducción entra más de lleno dentro del campo de la Filosofía. Son por el contrario magnitudes específicas de esta ciencia: la velocidad, la longitud, la masa y muchas otras de cuyo conocimiento y estudio se podrán exponer, con el mejor detalle posible, en otras publicaciones.
From the point of view of physical science, the concepts of time and space are taken as principles, since their deduction falls more fully within the field of Philosophy. They are, on the contrary, magnitudes specific to this science: velocity, length, mass and many others whose knowledge and study will be presented, in the best possible detail, in other publications.
