En Venezuela la resistencia a la amoxicilina es muy común ya que es el antibiótico más económico y de fácil acceso que utilizamos para todo por lo que se debe recurrir al ácido clavulonico.

Hace algunos meses se me partió cepillándome una muela (cordal) y un diente (delantero), a causa de varias fisuras originadas por una quimioterápia recibida en 2006. Como consecuencia de ese tratamiento, mis dientes son frágiles. Siempre que he ido al dentista, luego de la revisión me recetan amoxicilina; y es cierto, a casi todos los que conozco que acuden al odontólogo siempre que presentan una irregularidad de salud en sus dientes, le recetan tal medicamente. Debe ser el único o el más importantes de los que existen en el mercado.
Ese ácido clavulonico ¿qué es en realidad? Deberías hacer una publicación al respecto para que yo o cualquiera no tenga que acudir a buscarlo por internet y quedar a medias. Tu sabrías como explicarlo. ¡Lo haces muy bien!

Indeed amoxicillin finds a very good use in a wide variety of infections including odontegenic infections.
Antibiotics resistance is a very big problem and caused mainly by antibiotics abuse. Therfore we must continue to educate the people on the importance of taking antibiotics strictly on prescription to avoid development of resistance to these potent antibiotics.
