Los primeros auxilios son esas acciones que debemos ejercer cuando se presenta una emergencia o peligro, todos debemos tener conocimiento básico de los mismos ya que puede salvar vidas. Muchas veces esas situaciones de peligro ocurren en nuestro hogar de manera inesperada y aunque sea muy difícil no debemos dejarnos llevar por el miedo u preocupación es por eso que hoy te enseño los primeros auxilios en niños, en caso de asfixia mecánica por algún cuerpo extraño.

Debemos conocer primeramente que son cuerpos extraños, todo objeto o fruta que no sea parte de nuestro cuerpo humano como: botones, metras, juguetes pequeños, trozos de alimentos de gran tamaño, caramelos y semillas de frutas. Cabe destacar que se debe evitar que sean tragados porque pueden obstruir las vías respiratorias, lo que va impedir el paso del oxígeno a los pulmones, la asfixia mecánica en niños es muy común ya que se llevan todos los cuerpos extraños a cavidad bucal, pero pone en gran peligro su vida, conoce que debes hacer en caso de que esto ocurra.

1er Coloca el bebe boca abajo sobre tu antebrazo y da cinco golpes en la espalda, con tu mano deben hacerse con la misma bien abierta.

Cabe destacar que si esta maniobra no funciona debes dar respiración artificial boca a boca y lleva cuanto antes el niño a emergencia no te detengas con la respiración cardiopulmonar con tus manos mientra vayas hacia emergencia.
