Extraer un diente siempre es un procedimiento de cirugía bucal puesto que una exodoncia simple puede transformarse en una compleja, es por ello que siempre que vamos a liberar un diente de su alvéolo el paciente debe tener todos sus exámenes de laboratorio bajo los valores normales como tiempo de coagulación, hematologia completa que nos indique que no hay un proceso infeccioso puesto que se pueden originar múltiples complicaciones como lo es una cicatrización retardada luego de la exodoncia, así como los respectivos exámenes de vdrl y vih.
Extracting a tooth is always an oral surgery procedure since a simple exodontia can turn into a complex one. This is why whenever we are going to free a tooth from its socket, the patient must have all his laboratory tests under normal values such as coagulation time, complete haematology to indicate that there is no infectious process, since multiple complications can arise such as delayed healing after exodontia, as well as the respective tests for HIV and HIV.
Para realizar una extracción de cualquier pieza dentaria debemos seguir y tomar en cuenta los tiempos quirúrgicos que son esas acciones que debemos seguir para llevar a cabo el procedimiento de la mejor manera, por medio de este post conoceremos el paso a paso para realizar una extracción dental.
To perform an extraction of any dental piece we must follow and take into account the surgical times that are those actions that we must follow to carry out the procedure in the best way, through this post we will know the step by step to perform a dental extraction.
Primer paso aplicación de Anestesia Local.
First step application of local anaesthesia.
Es muy importante primeramente para extraer el diente la aplicación de anestesia local, la anestesia permite el bloqueo de sensibilidad de los nervios, inhibiendo los receptores nerviosos de los canales de sodio, es muy importante utilizar la técnica anestésica adecuada y correcta conforme al lugar donde vamos aplicar la punción. Determinar si la técnica será infiltrativa únicamente a nivel del diente o troncular.
First of all, it is very important to apply local anaesthesia to extract the tooth; anaesthesia blocks the sensitivity of the nerves, inhibiting the nerve receptors of the sodium channels; it is very important to use the appropriate and correct anaesthetic technique according to the place where the puncture is to be applied. Determine whether the technique will be infiltrative only at the level of the tooth or at the truncal level.
Segundo paso la Sindemostomia.
Second step: Sindemostomy.
La Sindemostomia es ese procedimiento que busca la ruptura y deprender las inserciones gingivales del diente con el objetivo de liberar el diente de su alvéolo, para que así el diente puede tener mayor movilidad, sea más fácil su extracción.
Syndemostomy is a procedure that aims to break and depress the gingival insertions of the tooth with the objective of freeing the tooth from its socket, so that the tooth can have greater mobility, making it easier to extract.
Tercer paso luxación.
Third step dislocation.
Consiste en realizar diversos movimientos que permitirá al diente ir aflojando, estos movimientos son de lateralidad, rotación pero cabe destacar que va depender de la anatomía de cada diente estos deben realizarse dirigido hacia al ápice de la pieza dentaria a extraer, hasta que el alvéolo pueda dilatarse.
It consists of carrying out various movements that will allow the tooth to loosen, these movements are lateral and rotational, but it should be noted that this will depend on the anatomy of each tooth. These movements should be carried out towards the apex of the tooth to be extracted, until the alveolus can dilate.
Cuarto paso tracción.
Fourth step traction.
Son los movimientos que vamos a realizar de una manera progresiva, del diente dentro de su alvéolo dentario hasta que este pueda salirse y completar la extracción del mismo de la boca cabe destacar, que es realizada con los forceps, 151 para inferior y 150 para superior, 65 y 69 para restos radiculares superiores e inferiores. 18 L derecho y 18R Izquierdo.
These are the movements that we are going to carry out progressively, of the tooth inside its dental alveolus until it can come out and complete its extraction from the mouth. Quinto paso legrado del alvéolo.
Step 5 Curettage of the alveolus.
Consiste en curetear el alvéolo, para asegurarnos que no exista algún resto de diente dentro de la encía. Por lo tanto consiste en eliminar cualquier resto de téjido patológico o infeccioso, que pueda quedar en el alvéolo dentario, esto también permite estimular el coágulo sanguíneo del paciente.
It consists of curetting the alveolus to ensure that there is no tooth remains inside the gum. It therefore consists of eliminating any remaining pathological or infectious tissue that may remain in the dental alveolus, which also allows the patient's blood clot to be stimulated.
