Water is the most essential nutrient for human body. It is a vital component of our body system. It is one of the components that our body system cannot actually do without. Have you ever wondered how your body system will be and the level at which you will be quite thirsty if you don't see water to drink for close to 1 week, uncomfortablility is an understatement.

The truth is our body system daily needs water as it provide necessary and needed amount of fluid that our system needs to keep running and working effectively and efficiently that can help for healthy state

At times we underate the importance of drinking water as we just see it as a means of quenching our thirsty desire maybe after eating or after having a long day but that's not true. It always goes beyond that.

The human body is made up of mostly water, and it needs to drink a lot of it every day. The average person needs to drink 8 cups of water a day, but this number can vary depending on factors such as age, weight, activity level and climate. It's not only the quantity that matters, but also the quality. Drinking water helps with digestion and elimination, improves skin health and appearance, regulates body temperature and boosts energy levels. The more you prevent your body to have access to adequate water per day, the more you are putting your healthy state in danger and making your body system not to run daily as it should be

Drinking water can help us to keep our organs in good condition, it can also help us to feel less hungry, and it can also help us to feel less tired. Drinking water is also important because it helps our body system work properly. Our body systems have a lot of organs system which works together to keep our body system healthy. Water plays a vital role in keeping those organs in a very good and healthy condition allowing them to perform the function they are desired of

Drinking water in your daily life can help you in many different ways, such as:

(2). Aid to lose weight

(3). Energize your brain and improve the quality of sleep

(4). Keeps your skin healthy and hydrated

(5). Keeps your bones strong and prevents from any bone diseases.

(6). Drink water can help you feel full, so you will eat less food. Water also helps to flush out toxins from your system and keep your cells healthy.

(7). cleaning out toxins from the body

(9). transporting nutrients to cells

I can keep mentioning on and on of the advantage as it is numerous that we can lose count but I just listed this few ones to show us some of the advantages it plays in our body which some of us might be aware of while some might not. Water is really essential to our body system.

As we all know what ever have advantage always have disadvantages. Even though it might look so crazy about water having some disadvantages but yes it do. Wait! Before you start questioning and thinking what might be the disadvantages of drinking water, let me tell you that the disadvantages does not have a negative effect to your health

To maintain a healthy body, it is important to drink water. Drinking water can be beneficial for the health of your body, but also has some disadvantages.

But there are some disadvantages too:

(1). You might get bored drinking water all day long

(2). Water has no taste or smell, so it's easy to drink too much without realizing it.

(3). Drinking too much or too little water can lead to problems such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and even death in extreme cases.

(4). We need to drink more and more when we sweat a lot or when we are exercising a lot because the amount of liquid in our body will decrease quickly

(5). Too much water can cause over hydration and make it difficult for your kidneys to function properly.

Drinking water is a necessary function for the human body to maintain homeostasis and keep organs functioning properly. It is necessary to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day to avoid dehydration and other health problems. Drinking water is essential for human health. It helps to maintain the body's balance and prevents dehydration. Drinking water also helps to eliminate waste from the body and regulate the metabolism.

Too much water can cause dehydration and make it difficult for your kidneys to function properly.

How does too much water cause dehydration? I am curious to know.

O it was a typographical error when I was typing the post😔😔. I wanted to type over hydration . When we drink too much of much in excess amount, it causes over hydration which can put our kidney condition in danger and our health all together
