I've had about the same treatment and on Fedbook and fought them and they issued something akin to "we all make mistakes and after further reviewing your account we have decided to not ban blah blahbalblhallblah...reinstate"
had to go waste time pointing out in absolutely no posts were my claims not data backed and fact checked nor did they violate the T.O.S.
At least you got a reply - whenever I've been censored on FB they just ignore everything i send them!
it was a process alright and really not worth it
many scream freedom but do not remotely mean it imho
