The couple were both completely irresponsible people for both leaving a dog tied up to just die, thank you for taking in another.
That poor little girl has been passed around then just left, how can people be so nasty, they could have found somewhere that would look after her instead of just leaving her. I am glad she is coming to you, she will soon know what its like to be loved <3
