First look at my two furry kids!
My two gordens , they are so great.
For those of you new here, it’s my pleasure to introduce you to Charlie and Joey.
Our gordons are the most loving, playful, beautiful, adoring, blackfurry etc for us. They provide fun, love and joy. Also a lot of dirt but he they are swimmers. The breader send us the pictures of the new litter. They always do because the partners they already have with a dog from their stable are also eligible to get the new pups if they want. We have two and although a pup and new baby would be a lovely idea, that is not happening… yet! My hubby can’t handle three. And if I am honest neither can I!
They are so strong and need alot of walks. Which we do all on a schedule.
The fact that the pictures we got, made me go back ten years had me both sad and happy at once. Ten years ago we signed up for the new litter to come then we had time of wait. The litter needed to go good, be born healthy and we wanted a bit so it needed to have a boy in the litter.
The boys are 9 and 5 ( 2014 and 2017 ) so time is ticking. Both are breaded dogs and age is a factor, the breeder doesn’t say but the family tree shows that they are with their families about 12-15 years if you are lucky. But on socials I see brothers and sisters from our oldest his neat, going over the rainbow bridge.
I saw on TikTok that older dogs love a good blanket, a good bed and a stuffed animal!
A stuffed animal?? I have that, I still have them from our kids so that’s a great idea.
I gave two dogs , two stuffed animal dogs. The typical ikea dog called licky lucky. A big and a small version. And this is the result. They love it and cuddle with them all they long.
They sleep with them.
How sweet is it. I love the sight it gives and the sweetness of them of taking care of the new baby or nee friend.
So if you have a dog and he or she is getting older this is a great idea.

The dog is so fine. Seeing how the dog is cuddling his pet is actually cool. I love seeing good dogs although I don't have anyone but will definitely get that soon. Thanks for sharing the idea

Yeah, aging dogs do really well with stuffed animals :) Beware of trying it with young ones though, they'll destroy one in seconds 🤣
So true and that’s why this is number four hahahah these are still Alive now so maybe the destroying is done
Yeah, their idea about play can change with age. Especially if you don't encourage them to be rough with toys :) ...

It looks adorable and the puppies they give me a tingling feeling when ever I am around them at a colleagues apartment. I have had the privilege of going on a walk with a german shepherd back in the days but I don't own any.
They are the best companions, and they look big but are so cute and sweet
