Training outdoors is a therapeutic experience, very relaxing and refreshing, and if that space is precisely on the beach on a cool morning where the sun is just peeking out to warm the sand, it is much better, now, when you have everything, it is scenery and You feel full of energy and a little friend like this puppy appears and stops to say hello and stay for a while, you are filled with all the good vibes you need to complete your exercise routine to the full.
Our new little friend stayed for the two hours of training, which gave us the opportunity, in the end, to stay for a while to greet him and to play with him for a while.

Cuando tus entrenamientos en la playa están acompañados de buena vibra.
Entrenar al aire libre es una experiencia terapéutica, muy relajante y refrescante, y si ese espacio es justamente en la playa en una mañana fresca donde el sol apenas se esta asomando para calentar la arena es muchísimo mejor, ahora, cuando tienes todo es escenario y te sientes lleno de energía y aparece un amiguito como este perrito y se detiene a saludar y quedarse un ratico, te llenas de toda la buena vibra que necesitas para culminar tu rutina de ejercicios a plenitud.
Nuestro nuevo amiguito se quedo durante las dos horas de entrenamiento, con lo que nos dio la oportunidad, al final, de quedarnos un rato a saludarle y a jugar un rato con el.
Siempre es bueno, cuando aparecen estas buenas energías en tu camino aprovecharlas, pues, ellos aparecen para recargarte las pilas de energía positiva. lastima que no tienen hogar para que sean aun mas felices y mejor cuidados, porque a pesar de que ellos se sienten muy felices en su libertad plena, el frio y el hambre muchísimas veces les pasa factura.
Espero que siempre nos veamos en la playa y nos llenes a todos de tu inocente bondad y energía positiva, ojala y todo se resolviera con un hueso, de esos que entierran en las tiras cómicas, seria genial amigo mío.
