Ayer fue el día de Star Wars 4 de mayo y es el momento donde todo fan o amante de esta franquicia hace sus mejores poses, dibujos, ediciones, cosplays y más para honrar este gran film de George Lucas. Y como acabo de abrirle un Instagram a mi perra Milagros (@mila.multiverso) no podía dejar de pasar esta oportunidad y quiero compartir con ustedes cómo lo hice para que hagan cosas bellas y divertidas con sus mascotas.

Yesterday was Star Wars Day, May the 4th and it's the moment where every fan or lover of this franchise makes their best poses, drawings, edits, cosplays and more in order to honor this great film by George Lucas. And since I just opened an Instagram for my dog Milagros (@mila.multiverso) I couldn't miss this opportunity and I want to share with you how I did it so you can do beautiful and fun things with your pets.

El Star Wars Day fue creado por fanáticos de la serie y posteriormente difundida a través de las redes sociales. Nació a raíz de una publicación en el diario británico London Evening News el 4 de mayo de 1979, por la felicitación al Partido Conservador de Londre donde con un juego de palabras hacen alusión a la frase representativa de Star Wars: “May the force be with you”, en español “Que la fuerza te acompañe”; donde Force (la fuerza) la cambian por Fourth (cuarto, de la fecha). Sin embargo, tenemos que recordar que fue el 25 de mayo de 1977 cuando se estrenó la primera película de Star Wars, Episodio IV: Una Nueva Esperanza dirigida por George Lucas y la banda sonora compuesta por Jhon Williams.
Star Wars Day was created by fans of the series and later spread through social networks. It was born as a result of a publication in the British newspaper London Evening News on May 4, 1979, for congratulating the Conservative Party of London where with a play on words allude to the representative phrase of Star Wars: "May the force be with you "; where Force is changed by Fourth (of the date). However, we have to remember that it was on May 25, 1977 when the first Star Wars movie was released, Episode IV: A New Hope directed by George Lucas and the soundtrack composed by John Williams.
Para hacer el montaje utilicé 2 aplicaciones en mi teléfono de donde les estaré mostrando las capturas
To do the photo montage I used 2 applications on my phone of which I will show you the captures
- Picsart
- Capcut
Proceso / Process
1- Escogí la foto en la que aparecía milagros que quería editar para hacer el montaje.
1- I chose the photo of Milagros I wanted to edit to make the montage.
2- En Picsart abrí la imagen > recorte > contorno y lo fui perfeccionando hasta que obtuve el maravilloso sticker de Milagro.
2- In Picsart I opened the image > crop > outline and I kept refining it until I got the wonderful Milagro sticker.
3- Abrí otro proyecto, busqué Star Wars en la lupa y seleccioné la imagen que más me gustó, con la estrella de la muerte en el fondo y una carretera moderna.
3- I opened another project, searched for Star Wars in the magnifying glass and selected the image I liked the most, with the death star in the background and a modern road.
4- Luego busqué un Sticker de Star Wars (todo dentro de la aplicación) lo posicioné, le baje la opacidad.
4- Then I searched for a Star Wars Sticker (all inside the application), positioned it and lowered the opacity.
5- Agregue el sticker previo de milagros en la galería, ajusté para que tuviera los colores y textura para que combinara con el fondo que es algo morado y oscuro.
5- I added the previous sticker of Milagros in the gallery, I adjusted it to have the colors and texture to match the background which is somewhat purple and darker.
6- Para terminar la imagen le coloqué otro sticker buscando ponerle el “May the Forth” lo ajuste un poco y listo. Guardar.
6- To finish the image I placed another sticker looking to put the "May the Forth", adjust it a little and that's it. Save.
7- Luego me puse creativa y quería más que hacer una publicación poder ponerle música, movimiento y para mejor difusión en Instagram hacerlo Reels. Así que abrí mi mejor editor de video en el teléfono: Capcut.
7- Then I got creative and wanted more than just making a feed post. I wanted to be able to put music, movement and for better diffusion on Instagram make it Reels. So I opened my best video editor on my phone: Capcut.
8- Creé un nuevo proyecto, seleccioné mi imagen, le puse una duración de 11 segundos, el formato rectangular para asegurarme de no hacer mucho en el editor de reels, coloqué el efecto que más me gustara con estrellitas y un fondo borroso.
8- I created a new project, selected my image, set a duration of 11 seconds, the format rectangular to make sure I didn't do too much in the reel editor, put the effect I liked the most with stars and a blurred background.
9- Lo descargué y listo a publicar en todos lados.
9- I downloaded it and ready to publish everywhere.
10- Instagram, y Tik Tok escogí un sticker extra para hacer uso de las herramientas de las aplicaciones y la música de Star Wars que están en la sección de Música o Sonidos.
10- On Instagram, and Tik Tok I chose an extra sticker to make use of the apps tools and Star Wars music that are in the Music or Sounds section.
En esta parte no tomé captures porque no se me ocurrió

Me tomó aproximadamente 40min hacer todo esto porque soy muy quisquillosa, seguramente alguien lo puede hacer mucho más rápido, me gustó muchísimo y lo publiqué en Instagram, Tik Tok y Whatsapp para que todos vieran como Milagros les deseaba un feliz día de Star Wars. Espero hayan pasado un excelente día.
It took me about 40min to do all this because I'm very picky, surely someone can do it much faster, I really liked it and posted it on Instagram, Tik Tok and Whatsapp for everyone to see how Milagros wished them a happy Star Wars day. I hope you all had a great day too!
