Meet the Sheepdogs!

Two real livewires here and they were waiting for their owner to throw a ball.

Sheepdogs are known and bred all over the world and their primary task is to herd and protect flocks of sheep on farms.
The cruelest thing that one can do with these dogs is to keep them as pets in small confined spaces, as they need lots of ground and wide open spaces.

Right, the ball was thrown and they took off like rockets.

Hey, hey there was a small intruder here on his handbrake.

And can you believe that the small guy came back with the ball.

"Not fair, not fair", the lady sheepdog complained to the owner. "Throw the ball high so this runt can't get to it"!

So the owner complied with the next throw and here her husband caught the ball in a perfect jump.

Australia is sheep country and they have many sheepdogs. The sheep farmers here in South Africa also have them and so do other farmers across the world.
They are reliable dogs, very intelligent and it's a wonder to watch them at work herding a large flock of sheep.
Three or four of these dogs can work in perfect synchrony to herd a large flock of sheep from point A to point B.

And That's All Friends!
