THE ADVENTURES OF POLAR NEMECIO [ENG/ESP] LAS AVENTURAS DE POLAR NEMECIO
A fierce craving for adventure possessed my whole body when I woke up this morning, motivated by the adventurous spirit that I have, I decided to start this journey that I am telling you today, where I ventured to explore among the mountains in search of some wonderful spiritual sanctuary that there is been discovered by some other domestic quadruped like me.
Una feroz ansia por aventura poseyó todo mi cuerpo al despertar esta mañana, motivado por el espíritu aventurero del cual dispongo, decidí iniciar esta travesía que hoy os cuento, donde me adentré a explorar entre las montañas en busca de algún maravilloso santuario espiritual que no haya sido descubierto por algun otro cuadrúpedo doméstico como yo.
I went into the depths of the subway, to use the so famous "METRO" as transport and thus be able to get closer and closer to my destination where adventure awaits me.
Me adentré en las profundidades del subterráneo, para usar como transporte el tan famoso "METRO" y así poder aproximarme cada vez más a mí destino en donde me aguarda la aventura.
After a long walk in an upward direction, I was able to notice a change in the environment that surrounded me, going from going through gray concrete structures to an environment where the aroma of the vegetable kingdom predominates; the journey was beautiful to appreciate.
Después de una larga caminata en dirección ascendente, pude percatar un cambio en el ambiente que me rodeaba, pase de recorrer grises estructuras de concreto a un ambiente en donde predomina el aroma a reino vegetal; el trayecto fue hermoso de apreciar.
The atmospheric pressure changed, the air was different, purer, my vision clouded a little, the nausea began, what was wrong with me? I wondered, Would breakfast be bad for me? can be; I will eat some herbs to remove whatever is causing the discomfort.
La presión atmosférica cambió, el aire era distinto, mas puro, la visión se me nublo un poco, comenzaron las náuseas, ¿Que me ocurría? me pregunté, ¿Me caería mal el desayuno? puede ser; me comeré unas hierbas para sacar lo que me esté causando el malestar.
That alone was enough to remove all the bad things that caused me discomfort, now I can continue my fantastic adventure towards the ancient mountains of Waraira-Repano, where a beautiful and spiritual place awaits me to discover.
Solo eso bastó para sacar todo lo malo que me causaba malestar, ahora puedo continuar mi fantástica aventura rumbo a las ancestrales montañas del waraira-repano, en donde me aguarda un hermoso y espiritual lugar por descubrir.
I kept up the rhythm and kept moving, little by little I noticed a change in the terrain I was traveling; The scarcity of human traces was already more noticeable, I was heading in the right direction.
Mantuve el ritmo y seguí en movimiento, poco a poco note un cambio en el terreno que recorría; ya era más notoria la escasez de rastro humano, me dirigía por buen camino.
I hear noises coming from the bushes, possible threat, stealth mode, senses at maximum reception; I throw myself into the void without resignation. False alarm; they were rodents, seeking refuge upon perceiving my arrival.
Oigo ruidos que provienen de entre los matorrales, posible amenaza, modo sigiloso, sentidos a su maxima recepción; al vacío me lanzo sin resignación. Falsa alarma; eran roedores, buscando refugio al percibir mi llegada.
The road has become a real challenge, if I take a wrong step it can turn out to be tragic; This is where my abilities as an adventurous explorer come to the fore.
El camino se ha convertido en un verdadero reto, si doy un paso en falso puede llegar a ser trágico; aquí es donde mis habilidades como explorador aventurero salen a relucir.
The humidity abounds in that place, that can only mean one thing; I was already very close to my destination, the spiritual spring. I ran very fast to check the whole area very well.
La humedad abundaba en aquél lugar, eso solo podía significar una cosa; ya estaba muy cerca de mí destino, el manantial espiritual. Corrí muy rápido para revisar muy bien toda la zona.
Upon arrival I realized that the waters are too deep to be crossed, I had to go around the spring and thus be able to appreciate the whole place.
Al llegar me dí cuenta que las aguas eran muy profundas para ser cruzadas, tenía que rodear el manantial y así poder apreciar todo el lugar.
I began to surround the entire area in search of a good place to rest, since I had not stopped since I left my home.
Comencé a rodear toda la zona en busca de un buen lugar donde poder descansar, ya que no había parado desde que salí de mi hogar.
I managed to find the perfect place to rest, I could even take a bath, with those spiritual waters I could relax.
Logré encontrar el lugar perfecto para descansar, hasta un baño pude tomar, con esas aguas espirituales me pude relajar.
I felt like the conqueror of that majestic place, without even fighting a battle, thanks to my adventurous spirit I knew that natural wonder.
Me sentí el conquistador de ese majestuoso lugar, sin siquiera una batalla librar, gracias a mi espíritu aventurero conocí aquélla maravilla natural.
It is time to return to my home, it has been a true adventure, I was able to explore again the mountains of the waraira-repano, national park and natural reserve of Venezuela. My cravings for adventure were successfully satisfied, for today I can rest satisfied. SWEET DREAMS!
Ya es hora de regresar a mi hogar, a sido una verdadera aventura, pude explorar nuevamente las montañas del waraira-repano, parqué nacional y reserva natural de Venezuela. Mis ansías de aventura fueron saciadas con éxito, por hoy puedo descansar satisfecho. ¡DULCES SUEÑOS!
Jaja!! Bastante divertida la narración en primera persona, sumado a los versos con los que se relata, es muy entretenido al leer tu artículo.
Además, disfruto mucho cuando las personas salen a pasear con sus mascotas. Y un viaje a la imponente Ávila seguro que a Polar Nemecio se le hizo placentero.

Que genial que te gustará la historia, fue muy divertido crearla.
Cada vez que puedo salgo a pasear con Polar, cerca de mi casa queda un parque en donde abunda la naturaleza en un pequeño territorio, últimamente no lo hago porque he tenido trabajo, pero hasta hace un mes iba todas las mañanas hacer ejercicios a ese parque con Polar. En cualquier momento empiezo otra vez.
