There were lots of lovely contributions to the community to choose from this week. They were a pleasure to read and curate. Some great conversation happening on them too. I hope you enjoy our highlights.

First our usual thank you everyone who makes this community what it is. This week Hive for interaction on posts in the HomeEdders community goes to:

• 10% beneficiary - @ryivhnn
• 4 Hive - @emimoron
• 3 Hive - @emiliomoron
• 2 Hive - @majo77
• 1 Hive - @thisismylife

I love a field trip, because you can gain so much from it without even realising you're doing that “hard work” of “learning”. The @thisismylife family recently paid a visit to some alpacas. This post is full of great pictures and interesting llama and alpaca facts.

The @divinekids are back in action with science experiments. This time there are chemical reactions happening.

We sometimes forget that education isn't all books, pens and paper. In fact, many jobs require us to be hands on, so why not make hands on education just as important, like @cmplxty shows as he includes his son in mechanics know-how.

If you've got young learners, here are some ideas from @iriadegoes to make learning to read and write fun.

Life is miraculous and one of my favourite ways of learning about this is through watching plants. @pukiisuarez and family have been sprouting beans, observing their growth and relating it to life.

Thank you for joining us. This curation was brought to you by @minismallholding and this week I have chosen @ryivhnn to be a 10% beneficiary of this post, and have added in another beneficiary for @amphlux for the ongoing delegation support. Thank you!
