Sometimes as homeschoolers and educators of our children in general, we can worry that our children aren't advancing. At times like these it's good to take stock and focus on the positive advances that have been made, just like @iamjadeline did with her youngest this week.
Everyone has different advice on how to discipline your children, so we likely all develop a way which works for us. @romeskie shares her thoughts and why she has chosen the approach she has.
This week @trucklife-family discusses the asking of questions. Questions help us to learn, yet so often they are discouraged; why do you think that is?
With quarantine keeping many students out of school in many countries, there seem to have been two main consequences. While there are those eager to return because their grades have suffered, as @doitvoluntarily has noted, there are also those who have decided that homeschooling is the way to go with it rising over 200% in Texas.
Veering away from debates I'd like to highlight that our very own @sumatranate has been doing some English lessons on the account @englishwithnate. Do go and have a look at this child friendly approach. As homeschoolers, sometimes we need all the extra help we can get with different learning methods.
