Greetings my friends Hivers and homeedders nice to greet you on this cloudy and cold day before so many rains here in Venezuela. And so, I took advantage of part of the morning to carry out a teaching-learning activity to share with everyone. Today I present to you the main layers that make up the internal structure of our planet earth.
Saludos mis amigos Hivers y de homeedders gusto saludarles en este día nublado y frío ante tantas lluvias acá en Venezuela. Y pues, aproveché parte de la mañana para realizar una actividad de enseñanza-aprendizaje para compartir con todos. Hoy les presento las capas principales que conforman la estructura a nivel interno de nuestro planeta tierra.
On this occasion, only my three-year-old daughter continues to accompany me, since, as I had mentioned in the previous content, my eldest daughter is on medical rest, but from her little bed, her little sister and myself taught her what we did and talked about it a lot. little to make the time more entertaining and bearable. The proposal of this day, as always, is made with the simplest materials that we can find at home, where we put our hands to work contributing to our planet and environment through recycling. I invite you to follow each line and steps of this content so that you can apply the idea at home or at school, since we are at the start of the school year and when the teacher requests the assignment or expository presentation your little one on this topic you can well apply the strategy.
En esta oportunidad me sigue acompañando solamente mi pequeña de tres años, ya que como había comentado en el contenido anterior, mi hija mayor esta en reposo médico, pero desde camita, su hermanita y mi persona le enseñamos lo que hicimos y hablamos de ello un poco para hacerle más entretenido y llevadero el rato. La propuesta de este día como siempre es realizada con los materiales más sencillos que podamos encontrar en casa, donde pongamos manos en la obra contribuyendo con nuestro planeta y ambiente a través del reciclaje. Te invito a seguir al pendiente de cada línea y pasos de este contenido para que puedas aplicar la idea en casa o en la escuela, ya que estamos en temporada de inicio del año escolar y al momento en que la maestra solicite la asignación o presentación expositiva a tu pequeño sobre esta temática bien puedes aplicar la estrategia.
Our little ones are curious about the environment and what exists on earth, but they do not know what is inside (if they have not been told or taught about it); Therefore, it is important to show them that the earth beyond what can be visible has, by this I mean: plants, sand, grass, the human being, animals and insects, rivers and seas, among others; It has an "invisible" internal composition represented through layers, whose names are: crust, mantle and core (external and internal nucleus).
Nuestros pequeños sienten curiosidad por el entorno y lo que en la tierra existe, pero desconocen lo que hay en su interior (si no se les ha hablado o enseñado de ello); por lo que, es importante mostrarles que la tierra más allá de lo que puede ser visible que posee, con esto me refiero a: plantas, arena, hierva, el ser humano, animales e insectos, ríos y mares, entre otros; posee una composición interna "no visible" representada a través de capas, cuyo nombres son: corteza, manto y núcleo (núcleo externo e interno).
It is important that the learning or the idea of what you want to transmit is captured by the children as best as possible; Therefore, as adults, we must be clear about learning styles:
There are those who learn in an auditory way, with the simple fact of explaining or telling them something about a topic.
Others in a kinesthetic way, through sensations, movements.
Through visual representation, they learn better when the material is represented in an illustrated way.
Es importante que el aprendizaje o la idea de lo que se quiere transmitir sea captada por los niños lo mejor posible; por ello, debemos como adultos estar claros en los estilos de aprendizaje:
- Hay quienes aprenden de manera auditiva, con el simple hecho de exponerles o decirles algo sobre un tema.
- Otros de manera kinestésica, mediante sensaciones, movimientos.
- Por medio de representación visual, aprenden mejor cuando el material es representado de manera ilustrada.
¿What do I want to tell you with this? That we must work on being creative when presenting an activity to our little ones, manage the content of the topic to be explained with an easy and simple language so that it is absorbed by them; present it in an illustrated way through models, sheets, colorful with visual appeal; as well as, involve them in the elaboration of these that they can touch, feel, color, feel. And without further ado let's begin.
¿Qué quiero decirte con esto? Que debemos trabajar en ser creativos a la hora de presentar una actividad a nuestros pequeños, manejar el contenido del tema a explicar con un lenguaje fácil y sencillo para que sea absorbido por ellos; presentarlo de manera ilustrada a través de maquetas, láminas, coloridas con atractivo visual; como a su vez, involucrarlos en la elaboración de estos que puedan tocar, palpar, colorear, sentir. Y sin más preámbulos comencemos.
Among the recycling materials used are: A CD, an image of the planet earth from an old book, an architectural plan, some bond paper, orange foam rubber, crayons, markers, a yellow cap from a soda bottle, silicone and scissors.
Entre los materiales de reciclaje utilizados se encuentran: Un CD, imagen del planeta tierra de un libro viejo, un plano de arquitectura, algo de papel bond, goma espuma de color naranja, creyones, marcadores, una tapa amarilla de una botella de refresco, silicón y tijera.
1- I found an image of the earth with a riddle in the center that fit perfectly with the idea of this activity, I cut it out and glued it to the CD with silicone.
1- Encontré una imagen de la tierra con una adivinanza en el centro que encajaba perfectamente con la idea de esta actividad, la recorte y pegue con silicón en el CD.
Note: If you don't find a large image of the earth, as in my case I found it in a book, draw it! Try to make it much larger than the size of the CD, as shown in the previous photo.
Nota: En caso de no encontrar imagen de la tierra algo grande, como en mi caso que la encontré en un libro, ¡dibújala! Procura que sea mucho más grande que el tamaño del CD, tal como en la fotografía anterior se ha mostrado.
2- In the architecture plan I drew the circumference of what was presented and then I cut it out. Once cut, I helped myself with the nails of my hands to make a little pressure so that the circumference of the CD was marked, as I show you in the photographs:

3- Cut out the inside of the previously marked circumference. Then paste on the protrusion between the image of the earth and the CD.
3- Recortar el interior de la circunferencia antes marcada. Luego pega en el sobresaliente entre la imagen de la tierra y el CD.
4- With the markers, draw in green what represents the portions of land.
4- Con los marcadores dibuja en verde lo que representa las porciones de tierra.
5- The following steps have to do with making the inner layers in different sizes of circumference and with the materials that are on hand for recycling at home, example:
5- Los siguientes pasos tienen que ver con elaborar las capas internas en diferentes tamaños de circunferencia y con los materiales que se tengan a mano de reciclaje en el hogar, ejemplo:
6- I used what was left of the page where I cut out the earth and made some small cards to indicate each internal layer of the earth: Crust, mantle, outer and inner core.
6- Aproveché lo que había quedado de la página donde recorté la tierra e hice unas fichas pequeñas para indicar cada capa interna de la tierra: Corteza, manto, núcleo externo e interno.
¿How to apply this activity? / ¿Cómo aplicar esta actividad?
Talk to the little one about the earth first. Hand over the first layer for her to color its border with crayons or markers. Show him which areas are land (green) and water (blue).
Háblales primeramente sobre la tierra al pequeño/a. Entrega la primera capa para que coloree su borde con creyones o marcadores. Enséñale cuales áreas son las de tierra (las verdes) y el agua (las azules).
Deliver the second layer to be colored in a burgundy or dark brown tone. / Entrega la segunda capa a colorear en un tono vinotinto o marrón oscuro.
The next thing is to place a cloth or some blue paper in representation of the space; place each piece on it and the chips that indicate the name of each layer.
Lo siguiente es colocar una tela o algún papel azul en representación del espacio; coloca cada pieza sobre esta y las fichas que indican el nombre de cada capa.

Ve explicándole y juntos deben ir colocando cada capa a medida que enseñamos a los pequeños; así como las pequeñas fichas indicativas del nombre de cada una de las partes o capas.

Por otro lado, la actividad realizada involucraba una adivinanza; la cual, es buena para despertar el pensamiento de los pequeños buscando decir la respuesta correcta.

Allows you to learn more about the planet they inhabit.
We teach to be attentive and in turn guided in the instruction.
We work on the child's fine motor skills in coloring and directing them to improve the way they color a drawing.
They are focused and attentive.
We use a pedagogical and entertaining strategy that increases their learning and visual memory.
The fact of using varied recycling materials allows them to touch and manipulate various textures.
Beneficios de la actividad:
Permite conocer más del planeta que habitan.
Enseñamos a ser atentos y a su vez guiados en la instrucción.
Trabajamos la motricidad fina del niño/a en el hecho de colorear y de dirigirlos en mejorar la forma en que dan color a algún dibujo.
Están concentrados y atentos.
Utilizamos una estrategia pedagógica y entretenida que incrementa su aprendizaje y la memoria visual.
El hecho de usar materiales variados de reciclaje les permite tocar y manipular varias texturas.
