Hello, Hive Community, today, I will present to you, an activity for children, in their initial stage of learning, in the letters of the alphabet, which I called: Mosaic Of Letters and Words. I designed this activity to initiate my grandson and the children we have in directed tasks, who were promoted to Level III of Preschool, in learning the alphabet and therefore, start them in reading and writing.

It is very easy and economical, the elaboration, of this, productive game of letters and words. Through this didactic game, we can motivate children in the reading-writing process, perhaps one of the most difficult objectives, at this stage, with children ranging in age from 4 to 5 years old.

Next, I will present the materials and steps for its elaboration:

Hola, Comunidad de Hive, el día de hoy, les presentaré, una actividad para niños, en su etapa inicial de aprendizaje, en las letras del abecedario, que denominé: Mosaico De Letras y Palabras. Está actividad, la diseñé para iniciar a mi nieto y los niños que tenemos en tareas dirigidas, que fueron promovidos para III Nivel de Preescolar, en el aprendizaje del abecedario y por ende, irlos iniciando, en la lecto-escritura.

Es muy fácil y económica, la elaboración, de esté, productivo juego de letras y palabras. A través de este juego didáctico, podemos motivar a los niños, en el proceso de lecto-escritura, quizás, uno de los objetivos más difíciles, en está etapa, con niños que oscilan, en edades, entre 4 y 5 años.

A continuación, les presentaré los materiales y pasos para su elaboración:

Materials:

1 cardboard
Markers
Scissors
Rule
Ballpoint
White sheets
White school glue (or silicone)

Materiales:

1 cartulina
Marcadores
Tijera
Regla
Bolígrafo
Hojas Blancas
Pega blanca escolar (o silicón)

Step 1:

Mark and cut out 10 cm x 10 cm squares of cardboard and thin strips to write words.

Paso 1:

Marcar y recortar, cuadros de 10 cm x 10 cm de la cartulina y listones delgados, para escribir palabras.

Step 2:

We worked, with the first letters of the alphabet (from A to E), on each square, the letters were written and cut in half (puzzle type) and with the thinnest strips, words were written, which will begin with each letter, such as: Plane, Ship, Face, House, Dice, Elephant.

Paso 2:

Se trabajó, con Las primeras letras del abecedario (de la A a la E ), sobre cada cuadro, se escribieron las letras y se recortarón a la mitad (tipo rompecabezas) y con los listones más delgados, se escribieron palabras, que empezarán por cada letra, como: Avion, Barco, Cara, Casa, Dado, Elefante.

Step 3:

Then, let the child assemble the letters, paste them with white glue (or silicone) on white sheets (or in their notebook), each of the letters formed, until they learn to identify them, in order to continue, with the subsequent letters of the alphabet.

Luego, que el niño arme las letras, pegarlas con pega blanca ( o silicón) en hojas blancas (o en su cuaderno), cada una de las letras formadas, hasta que aprendan a identificarlas, para poder proseguir , con las subsiguientes, letras del abecedario.

Step 4:

On the thinnest strips, cut out and write words that begin with each letter, to help them identify them and the child will paste them next to the corresponding letter.

Paso 4:

En los listones más delgados, recortar y escribir palabras, que empiencen por cada letra, para ayudarlos, en la identificación de las mismas y el niño, las pegara, al lado, de la letra correspondiente.

What does this game consist of and what activities can we extract from it?

This game consists of assembling the letters (puzzle type, and identifying them and by the beginning, of the letter, of each word, locating them, in the corresponding letters.

Activities that can be done with children:

1- Assemble the letters and paste them on the sheets (or notebooks and identify each one.

2- Locate the words that are presented to you, according to the letters with which it begins and paste it on the sheet, next to the corresponding letter.

3-Write in your notebook, the letters and ask them, to see if you learned, each one of them.

4- Of the words presented, write them down in your notebook, leaving in between, for each consonant, a line (------) to complete the missing vowels.

5-It is evident, during these activities, reinforcement of fine motor skills, when cutting, pasting, writing, etc.

¿En qué consisté esté juego y que actividades, podemos, extraer del mismo?

Este juego consiste, en armar las letras ( tipo rompecabezas, e identificarlas y por el comienzo, de la letra, de cada palabra, ubicarlas, en las letras correspondientes.

Actividades que se pueden realizar con los niños:

1- Armar las letras y pegarlas en las hojas ( o cuadernos e identificar cada una.

2- Ubicar, las palabras, que se le presentan, de acuerdo a las letras por la que comienza y pegarla en las hoja, al lado de la letra correspondiente.

3-Escribir en su cuaderno, las letras y preguntárselas, para ver si aprendió , cada una de ellas.

4- De las palabras presentadas, escribírselas, en su cuaderno, dejando de por medio, de cada consonante, una rayita (------) para que complete la vocales faltantes.

5-Se evidencia, durante estás actividades, reforzamiento, de la motricidad fina, al recortar, pegar, escribir, etc.

In this way, with this Mosaic Of Letters and Words, we can carry out many activities with the children, to initiate them in learning the alphabet of reading and writing and reinforce their fine motor skills.

De esta manera, con este Mosaico De Letras y Palabras, podemos realizar, muchas actividades, con los niños, para iniciarlos, en el aprendizaje del abecaderio de la lecto-escritura y reforzar, su motricidad fina.
