Unlike the usual inflation presented in %, here are some absolute numbers.
In the last six years the realized (grey) has been quite different than the projected (red).
2017 seems to be close, but then the next three years 2018, 2019 and 2020 the realized HIVE inflation was higher. In 2020 it reached a maximum of 45M HIVE created in a year, far from the 25M projected.
Then comes 2021 and the inflation ends negative -10M HIVE
2022 seems on track to be around the projected 25M.
Notice how the projected inflation in absolute HIVE numbers has its peak in 2021. The irony :). From here on, the absolute HIVE inflation is projected to be going down. Of course conversions can change this a lot.
In 2035 the inflation should be around 10M HIVE in absolute numbers and 1.5% in percentage.
The bullish case for Hive keeps getting stronger!
Less HIVE to be distributed with the time, more scarcity and more intrinsic value...accumulation is the magic word
