Claiming accounts has been one of the major use case for RCs. This is the single most expensive operation on Hive.
Now they will be much more expensive. I will be looking at this shortly after the HF after everything stabilizes a bit more.

You can try the RC angel project as well, but thats new not sure how well its working yet.

Quick heads up. RC-Angel does not delegate RC in itself. It's just an app that allows developers to integrate it to their systems.

I have been automatically claiming 2-3 per day up till now. I wonder if I'll still be able to claim at all now.
Are those accounts transferable ?
Account tokens are not transferable. This is to avoid financial speculation causing accounts to become too expensive to create.
Is there any idea of the cost?
Not yet ...at least not me :)
