Hello EDS'ers. Today is the day we issue the EDS weekly report to keep all your guys up to date and let you know how things are going.
What are EDS tokens?
EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 25%.
(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)
- EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
- 12% of over 53,000 HIVE POWER pays out (53000*12/52.18) 121.88 per week
- 24,900 EDS in circulation each yield (121.88/24900) 0.0048 HIVE per week
- 0.0048 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.255 HIVE
- 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 25.5% per year
EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. The only way to mint new EDS tokens is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens. These miners when full issued and staked will yield a 20% minimum ROI per year.
EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. By some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, bu some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.

Yep, your seeing that right, 29.85%. Sooo close to 30%. Think about that, EDS pay out pretty much 30% APY in HIVE as in income payment. Your EDS are always worth 1 HIVE but your income will increase until all EDS tokens are allocated for and we have over 200k of them not allocated.
So anything is up this week because some whale bought 1650 EDSMM from the market and wiped out the sell order. I think if there where more, they would have bought more. We issued in total around 2500 this week and is the reason the big jump. I love filling out this report, it's always just good news to report 😁
No change here, there where 203 EDS tokens minted this week from staked EDSM and EDSMM miners. It's set at 196 per week so i must be doing this a few hours later than last week.
There's a nice spike to represent this week at the end there. We're getting closer to that 70,000 lineand we will get there before EDSMM sell out. After that things will slow down for a few months until i can figure the best way to distribute/mint out new EDS tokens into circulation.
A big jump in the HIVE POWER balance means a big jump in APY for EDS tokens. Last week, the APY was flat at 29% and this week it's 29.85%. You might think that's small, under 1% but for EDS, it's huge for 1 week of growth. It's huge because when the APY is declining, it drops by roughly 0.2% a week so gaining 1% is like protection against 4-5 bad weeks if that makes sense. Its HUGE!!
Last week, the HIVE income pool was 149.81 and I was looking forward to crossing over the 150 milestones but im super stoked to see it jumped over 5 HIVE to a total of 155. Remember the HIVE income pool never declines, it grows each week. Look at the chart🤓 Whats the next mini target between now and 200 HIVE? Anyways, the income pool is up over 50% from year start. There are 18% more EDS tokens in circulation from year start so income is increasing faster than we are minting new tokens. We're winning
How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Weekly Roundup
There are around 6500 EDSMM left for sale. Shown above it states the current EDSMM 27% APY. Links are above if your interested in keeping some. Investors seem to think these 1 HIVE miners as they are selling alot faster than EDSM, the first EDS miner token. It's possible to mint more than 25,000 and reset the mining rewards. This would give current EDSMM tokens holders a boast in APY again until the newly minted ones were all sold. Was thinking maybe 10k more, i think 25k again would be too much. Just thinking out loud.
Yeah, so the roundup is we're killing it this week. Next week might be different but we take our wins when we can. I hope to be able to report next week that EDS's APY is over 30%.
